Mardi Gras

 We had a cinnamon "King Cake" for breakfast :)

The celebration of Mardi Gras began in France among the royal House of Bourbon to celebrate  "Boeuf Gras" (fattened ox/cow) feasting and partying the day before Lent began. And so, we also party it up, thankful for our many blessings, and celebrate the beginning of this Easter season!
